Patrick, Tiffany and Karly,
I just wanted to extend my condolences to your entire family. I have no idea what you are going through and I wont pretend to think I know what the "right thing to say" is, I just wanted you to know that your son touched the lives of every person who read these updates and he leaves behind a legacy of bravery and courage that is unmatched in my mind. What an honor it must be to be the parents to someone so incredibly amazing and strong. My own son has had many many health struggles and I always sit back and think that not many people get to witness that type of bravery and strength first hand. You got the humbling privilege of parenting a real life hero. I will pray that you all can find moments of peace in your heart and that you take comfort in knowing how many people care about your family. The world is a better place because Paxton was in it thank you for sharing him with all of us in the community.

No words can express the deep sorrow I feel for your loss. I am honored to have had the privilege of witnessing Paxton’s bravery through this difficult journey, and seeing that incredibly sweet smile so proudly shared by Grandma Rae of “Mr. Paxman”. Although we’ve never met, your son has left a lasting impression on my life with his unparalleled strength in the face of such hardship. We can all take a lesson on courage from Paxton.
